She is an analyst, a strategist, and a process improvement specialist, dedicated to building bold, Christ-centered leaders who thrive in their faith and purpose. Rose holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership, she is also a Life Group teacher, she leads the Leadership Network and various ministries at her local church. 

Her extensive background includes managing various organizations and establishing successful businesses. Her work is focused on creating lasting impact by fostering faith-based decision-making and empowering individuals to align their lives with God’s purpose.
